We want you to be completely satisfied with your keepsake for years to come! For that reason, we will make any necessary adjustments to your jewelry within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us and let us know what your concerns are. We will then tell you where to send the bracelet for adjustment. That way we will be expecting it and will be prepared to make the changes as quickly as possible. Again, we want you to be completely satisfied.   In the future, if additional beads are needed for Baby Bracelets, we will be happy to insure that the bracelet grows with the child.  Simply contact us and we will adjust the bracelets at  any time.  (The adjustments are free--all we ask is that you pay for shipping).  Please read our customer feedback and rest assured that we will stand behind our jewelry!
