Q:  What if my bracelet needs to be adjusted?

A:  Adera Jewelry will adjust the size of your bracelet at no cost within 30 days of receipt, except for return shipping ($7).  If you need your bracelet adjusted, please mail it to:  Adera Jewelry, 1009 Fazio Cove, Round Rock, TEXAS, 78664.  Include a copy of your receipt, a check for return shipping, as well as a note with your correct wrist measurement and the address to return it to.  Read below for instructions on how to correctly measure your wrist.  We will return it within 3-4 weeks.With the deepest appreciation to our wonderful customers, Adera Jewelry no longer has to do craft shows at this time. Q:  Can you repair or adjust name bracelets that were NOT originally bought from Adera Jewelry?

A:  When you are unable to locate the original designer for repairs, we will do our best to fix the bracelet.  The cost is $35 per strand, plus cost of beads (if needed).  Return shipping is an additional $7.  You can mail the bracelet to us at:  Adera Jewelry, 1009 Fazio Cove, Round Rock, Texas 78664.  Please include a note that tells us what to do to the bracelet, the check or money order for the amount  needed, contact information, and return address.  If extra costs are involved, we will contact you.

Q:  I Would like to add a name onto my existing bracelet.  How can I get this done?

A:  If the bracelet was created by Adera Jewelry, it will cost $45 for an additional sterling name strand, $55 for a sterling and gold, and $75 for all gold.  To add a name, simply return the bracelet to us at the address above and a note explaining what is to be done.  You may pay by enclosing a check for the strand amount, .0825 % tax (if in Texas), and $7 return shipping.  OR, you can pay by phone or PayPal. 

If your bracelet was not originally purchased from Adera Jewelry, we will do our best to make the additions for you.  Our pricing is as follows:  All Sterling with Name, $55.  Sterling and Gold combo, $60, and all gold is $95.  Mail the bracelet to us at the address above and a note explaining what is to be done and contact info.  We will contact you to discuss changes and answer any questions.

Q:  How do I measure for my bracelet size?

A:  We need your actual wrist size, not your average bracelet size.  For instance, your wrist might measure 6 1/2", but your bracelet length would measure 7 1/2".  We go by the wrist measurements received by our customers.  So, take a tape measure and wrap it around your wrist and that would be the most accurate measurement to go by.

Q:  I am buying a bracelet as a surprise and I'm not sure of her wrist size.

A:  When ordering as a gift, simply give us an estimate (Small, Medium, or Large).  Small is 6", Medium is 7", and Large is 8".  Once they receive it, if adjustments are needed, simply notify us within 30 days.

Q:  It has been over 30 days and I need to get my bracelet adjusted or fixed.  What can be done?

A:  If it has been close to the 30 days, just go ahead and send it in with receipt, note explaining what to do and return shipping cost ($7).  Address is above in other FAqs.  If it has been longer, please contact us.  There are certain situations that we will fix it at no additional cost.   All others will have a repair fee that varies with each piece of jewelry from $10 for one strand bracelets to $40 for four strand bracelets.  Contact for more details.
